Non-return valves, or Spring check valves are designed to prevent reverse flow. The valve opens once the pressure below the valve seat exceeds the pressure above the valve seat. It closes when the pressure is equalized. This valve is fully automatic. The pressure of the fluid flowing through the valve holds the plunger in the open position. When the pressure drop across the valve approaches zero, the spring will close the valve. Any reverse flow will firmly seat the plunger. The special angled plunger design and precision open/close operation prevent leaking through the valve in low pressure systems.

Stainless steel non-return valve is constructed with a spring check system, minimum opening pressure adjustable on request, commonly at 0.1 Nm. SS316 and 304 are used to make the body and all trim parts. EPDM, FPM and Silicon sealings and gaskets are applied to go with proper media. Our stainless steel non-return valves are suitable for use with non-dangerous gas and liquids within the pressure limits (PN16). Genuine materials of stainless steel AISI 316L is designed for use in food, pharmaceutical and other industries with sanitary requirements.

Inside thread BSP (ISO 228) is standard. Common temperature range goes between EPDM -20/130°C, FPM -20/180°C, silicon -20/180°C. Pressure rating is 16 bar with type testing to confirm the open pressure.
